As described by the AHCA, “Bronze recipients are recognized for having made the first step on their path to excellence. Reviewed by trained independent examiners, applicants who receive the Bronze award are able to describe their mission, organizational characteristics and key challenges and to recognize the relationship of these factors to their ability to achieve performance improvement.”
Heritage of Red Cloud Administrator, Kim Grams recognized her staff for achieving these 2 awards. “These awards could have not been achieved without our staff who gives the quality care and services to our residents every day.” “Our team contributes to our success at Heritage of Red Cloud.”
